Perot/PIT Crew Trip

Perot Museum Tour  

PIT Crew will have an event this Sunday afternoon July 17th at 1pm. You must Register online at the link below. Adults need to pay online for their registration to be complete.

PIT Crew will be at the Perot where David Hill will be instructing the kids on the special relationships that have existed at the Perot Museum between various DPS members and the Society as a whole.

Ty Morgan and Polly Mullinnex (903) 916-0083 will be the DPS hosts as David Hill gives an hour talk and tour on the 4th floor of the Perot.  When David is done, you and your child are welcome to spend your afternoon at the Perot.

The quantity of kids and adults is limited, but the cost to the kids is free, while the cost/donation is $5 per adult.  Registration will be first come, first served. Children 5 years to 16 years old may register.

Parking is extra and there are a number of reasonably and unreasonably priced lots near the Perot.  http://www.perotmuseum.org 

If families already have a Perot membership, then we still need a $5 registration/donation for the adult.

To join us on this air conditioned summer field trip just sign up at www.dallaspaleo.org .  The adult registration/donation needs to be purchased on line and each child need to be registered.  

If this trip fills up and a waiting list is created then we will look at setting up a second trip with first priority to those on the waiting list.

Registered folks will meet in the lobby of the Perot near the gift shop at 12:45 for a 1:00 entry time.  Look for Ty, Polly, and/or David or their fashionable Dallas Paleo shirts.

This trip is open to all DPS kids who have an interest in learning a bit more about Paleontology.

FYI:  There will be a PIT lesson before this week's general meeting at Brookhaven College.  It will be from 6pm-7pm.
