Regular Monthly Meeting July 10

  • Wed, July 10, 2019
  • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Brookhaven College

The Regular DPS meeting will be held at 7:00 pm at Brookhaven College on July 10, the second Wednesday of the month.  In addition to the speaker for that evening's program, (information on the topic as it becomes available), there will be a screen-building demo ahead of the talk in preparation for the Sherman creeks field trip (see Event list). Since the area is so heavily collected, we’ve found success in digging/screening for the teeth on gravel bars. You can simply surface collect – rake through the gravel or actually screen – dry or wet – for teeth.

The screens are simple and inexpensive to build and we’ll show you how.

For more information on the trip or screen building, please refer to the Event listing the Sherman Creek Field trip.

Who we are
