FOSSILMANIA, Texas’ longest running fossil-specific trade show, is held at the Somervell Expo Center, 202 Bo Gibbs Blvd, W Hwy 67, Glen Rose, Texas 76043. Event dates are October 28-30. As a fossil-specific trade show, vendors are asked to, please, keep selection to a minimum of 75% fossil and paleontology related items (including, but not limited to, fossils, books, clothing, equipment, tools, etc.).

Set-up begins at 6 am, Thursday, October 27. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready to go on Friday morning at 8 am as the local schools bring field trips of science students out during the first two hours of the day. Vendors are asked to plan to remain open until 4 pm Sunday.
Notification of cancellation must be received by 5 pm, Saturday, October 1, 2022, to receive refund of reservation.
FOSSILMANIA is a smoke-free event, there is a smoking area behind the event center. Pets are not allowed in the sales area.

Cost of Booth / Space Requirement:
Standard 8-foot tables are $60 each, 2 chairs included
A maximum of 6 tables is recommended for best fit in the room, exceptions can be made. Unreserved tables may be made available at date of show for standard rate. Tables may be reserved for the promotion of Paleontologically related organizations and programs, However, NOT for the sole purpose of advertising. Tables must be manned.
Payment is Online through the dallaspaleo.org website at time of Registration for tables.
Tax deductible donations to the Silent Auction may be made at the expo.
