Expo Hours:

Friday, October 24       8 am – 6 pm

Saturday, October 25 9 am – 6 pm

Sunday, October 26     9 am – 4 pm

FOSSILMANIA, Texas’ longest running fossil-specific trade show, is held at the Expo at Glen Rose 202 Bo Gibbs Blvd, W Hwy 67, Glen Rose, Texas 76043. As a fossil-specific trade show, vendors are asked to, please, keep selection to a minimum of 75% fossil and paleontology related items (including, but not limited to fossils, books, clothing, equipment, tools, etc.).

Set-up begins at 6 am, Thursday, October 23. All vendors are asked to be set up and ready to go on Friday morning at 8 am as the local schools bring field trips of science students out during the first two hours of the day. Vendors are asked to plan to remain open until 4 pm Sunday.

Notification of cancelation must be received by 5 pm, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to receive a refund of reservation.

FOSSILMANIA is a smoke-free event, there is a smoking area behind the event center. Pets are not allowed in the sales area.

A maximum of 6 tables is recommended for the best fit in the room, exceptions can be made. Unreserved tables may be made available at the date of show for standard rate. Tables may be reserved for the promotion of Paleontologically related organizations and programs, However, NOT for the sole purpose of advertising. Tables must be manned.

The DPS is a group of professional and amateur paleontologists that want to exchange information, interact, and continue their education in paleontology.  We meet once a month on the second Wednesday evening of the month at Brookhaven College, Building H.
